What are these creatures?

The strange creatures advertising campaign (at least, that is what I am calling it, since I can't find an official name) consists of a series of cartoons by Robert Osborn and published by the Bureau of Advertising. They each depict some caricatured buisness lesson and generally encourage newspaper advertising. Small note: Creatures 7 and 17 are both listed as 'The Petrified Wary', so creature 7 was removed from this page.
